Mrs Amina Zakari who was appointed acting chairman of INEC by President Buhari yesterday June 30th is pictured above receiving notes from Ambassador Ahmad Wali who Professor Jega handed over to yesterday June 30th. She will stay in office until a new chairman is appointed!
